How will I know when my order has shipped?

When your order begins its journey to you, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link.

How soon will I get my order?

Orders ship between 2-5 business days of the order date. International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered. If you are interested in Express shipping, please contact us for a quote.

 

Do you ship internationally?

International countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Japan, United States, United Kingdom, Australia. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us for more information. 

Unfortunately we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees, and therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.

What is your privacy policy?

We promise we will never sell or give out any information you provide us, to anyone. No one wants a spam clogged inbox (including us). You can review our complete privacy policy here.

 

Is my credit card information protected?

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal or Shop Pay.

Everything Else

I make a product that I think would be perfect at NightColdStore. Who do I contact?

We always welcome emails about products that you'd love to see sold on NightColdStore, whether it be your own or otherwise. Please send all product pitches to nightcoldstore@gmail.com.

 

Can I use your product images on my blog/social media?

Yes! However, if you're going to use our images, you must link back to our website. That being said, we love and appreciate any and all blogs that choose to feature our products!
